IT Project Manager
IT Project Manager | Bucharest | 2-4 years experience
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with experience in coordinating, planning, and executing projects to meet specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects according to the defined methodology, ensuring objectives are met throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Proficiency in project management software including Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and Spider
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Project Management
- Solid resource management skills for overseeing technology projects
- Ability to understand technical processes, programming languages, and software development tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and clients, with the ability to present strategies and methodologies effectively
- Familiarity with Project Management processes, strategies, and best practices
- Experience in schedule management, task organization, and setting clear guidelines for project teams
- Proven experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments
- Ability to anticipate and proactively manage project challenges
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its suite of tools
- Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and budget
- Develop, maintain, and review project proposals, including objectives, technologies, systems, and timelines
- Set and track project milestones
- Address delays as they arise, adjusting schedules and expectations as necessary
- Establish and implement communication plans to keep the team informed about project status
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information for project reports and status updates
- Conduct strategic analysis and make adjustments to keep projects aligned with goals
- Organize and manage all project phases to ensure on-time delivery
- Evaluate and analyze hardware and software technology options
